Why you need to start working out with Kettle Bells



I know most of you have either heard of a kettlebell or seen that odd looking ball with a handle, sitting on a floor or on a rack at your local gym right. But what makes them so effective for fitness and why would you want to use it?? Well, if you’re looking for something that’s a bit unconventional to your typical weight or cardio sessions then kettlebells are for you, there is so much variety in one little piece of equipment. Once you’ve mastered basics, your workouts become limited only by your imagination.


Kettlebell training works, because the dynamic nature of the bell combines both strength and cardio giving an all-in-one workout of a lifetime, and you don’t even have to move your feet. It’s also super convenient if you’re also restricted for time all you need is half an hour. One of my favorite aspects of kettlebell training though, is that it also strengthens your mind as well as your body, you can’t be vacant up there when you’re doing a kettle workout that’s for sure!!


Kettlebell training teaches you to become aware of your own body, how it moves and connects. It makes you stronger as a whole and you will find you will gain a totally new appreciation for yourself.
