Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls




Super fudgy and a massive chocolate protein boost!

Makes 12 Balls

Ingredients

1 cup Medjool dates½ cup almond meal

1/3 cup True Protein Cacao Powder1 scoop True Protein WIP90 Rich Chocolate

1/3 cup True Protein Almond Butter

1 Tbsp True Protein Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

1 cup desiccated coconut

Method

1. Place the dates and almond butter into a blender and blend on high speed until a smooth consistency has formed

2. Next, add in the almond meal, cacao powder, protein powder, and coconut oil then continue to blend until combined

3. Roll the batter into balls and roll in desiccated coconut before putting into the fridge to set for an hour. Store in the fridge.
