Owner and fitness enthusiast Alice is passionate about health and fitness and believes with the right education everybody can become exceptional versions of themselves. Originally from Taranaki, Alice moved to Whangarei in 2014 where she commenced working as a lawyer at Thomson Wilson.

Lang has always been a keen follower of sport, as young as 15, she joined a local female football team. At age 16 she became an athlete representing her high school in a variety of sports competitions...

SARAH LANG

Sarah is passionate about two thigs in life, coffee and pilates.

Sarah is a busy Muma of two little boys and it is amazing how much she seems to fit in her day! Prior to becoming a Mum, Sarah competed in Body Building Competitions in Australia. She has a vast knowledge base when it comes to the human body and what you would like to achieve.

You will find Sarah running our Pilates and Barre classes and providing one-on-one personal training or small group fitness sessions.

BONNIE MCCREADY

To sum Bonnie up ... when she is not at the gym working you will probably still find her at the gym working out.

Bonnie's friendly and bubbly personality is infectious and she is the smile you first see when you walk through our doors. Bonnie not only provides one on one training sessions but also small group trainings and she is integral in our corporate group fitness classes.
